The Bravos Analytics board is designed to highlight the contributions of team members and help you understand how Bravos aid in promoting peer-to-peer recognition inside your organization.
Access the Bravos Leaderboard
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Analytics in the left-hand menu.
- Here, click on the tab that says Bravos and you’ll see Bravos given, Leaderboard, Top bravo types, and Bravos by department.
- For the Leaderboard and Bravos by department cards, you’ll see that bravos are divided in Received and Given.
- The Leaderboard shows the top 5 and expands to show the top 10.
- You can change the date range in the top right.
Benefits of the Bravos Leaderboard
- Motivation and Morale: Seeing one’s name on the Leaderboard acts as a significant morale booster and motivator, spurring individuals to maintain or enhance their efforts.
- Visibility and Appreciation: The Leaderboard provides visibility for contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed, ensuring that deserving employees receive the recognition they deserve.
