**Using this feature is dependent on what your admin team decides for the company. This might be an admin only feature within your workspace. If you notice you cannot give an achievement, please contact your admin for more information.
Within the GoProfiles workspace you are able to give two types of peer recognition- bravos and achievements. Bravos are recommended for every day peer recognition, like a coworker who helped you on a difficult project, or someone who went above and beyond in their work. Achievements are recommended for recognizing someone for an accomplishment- completing a course, obtaining a certification, or celebrating a big milestone.
All achievements created within your company, and ones you wish to create, can be found under the “achievements” tab on the left hand rail on the dashboard.
If you wish to give someone an achievement that doesn’t already exist, you can create a new achievement. Fill out the name, badge text, description, and provide an image for the achievement.
Once the achievement is created, you can then assign it to a teammate. You can also see who else has been given this achievement.
Once the achievement has been given it will show on the recipient and the givers profile page.
Achievement Settings
**This is an admin only functionality. Only admins can make changes to these settings.
Under workspace settings on the dashboard there is a section for achievement and bravo settings. Here you can decide who gives these awards, what the parameters for these awards are, and confirm the settings for the whole company.
