GoProfiles Microsoft Teams App

The GoProfiles Microsoft Teams App allows you to bring the GoProfiles platform for creating and maintaining employee connections to your Microsoft Teams App! It allows you to celebrate employee achievements, foster strong bonds within your team, and provide the context needed for effective collaboration and connection as you use Slack.

Adding GoProfiles to Microsoft Teams

Note: You will need to be a workspace admin within Microsoft Teams in order to connect channels to GoProfiles.

1. From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Integrations in the left-hand menu.
2. Here, you and all your team members can view which integrations have been connected.
3. Admins can click the Connect button of their desired integration.
4. Then, you should be redirected to the GoProfiles app in the Microsoft Marketplace.
5. Click Get it now and sign in, if prompted.
6. Then, you’ll be redirected to the GoProfiles app in Microsoft Teams where you can click Open.
7. Lastly, choose the channel you want to add GoProfiles in.

Removing GoProfiles from channels

Note: You will need to be a workspace admin within Microsoft Teams in order to remove channels to GoProfiles.

1. If you’ve accidentally add the wrong channel and need to remove it, open up the Microsoft Teams app.
2. Click on the three dots next to the team name and click “Manage team”.
3. Go to the “Apps” tab and search for “GoProfiles”.
4. Click on the three dots to the right of the app and click on “Remove”.

This will automatically remove the channel from the Integrations page, but you can go their to double check your settings.
