Use the Slack and Teams integrations to bring GoProfiles into your company’s communication channels so profiles stay fresh, recognition flows to the right channels, and your workforce can stay updated on new developments.
As an admin, you can configure notifications in Slack and Teams directly from your GoProfiles dashboard to streamline which notifications get sent where.
How to Setup your Slack and Teams Notifications
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Integrations in the left-hand menu.
- Here, you and all your team members can view which integrations have been connected.
- Admins can click the desired integration and go to the Settings tab.
- Click New notification and choose the workspace and channel that you want to a notification for.
- Next, choose which categories you want for that Notification.
- You can choose Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bravos, Achievements, Bravo Recaps, and New Hires notifications.
- Optionally, you can configure the Notifications time to align with your team’s active hours.
- This setting is applicable to all notifications across all Slack connections.
- Click Save to complete setup.
