When your calendar is synced, teammates can quickly see when you\u2019re free and coordinate meetings without back-and-forth. This setup helps streamline collaboration and ensures your profile always reflects your real-time schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connecting Outlook <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Note: To connect Outlook Calendar, you must be a Microsoft admin to give permission for the GoProfiles App to access resources and a GoProfiles admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Integrations in the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Here, you and all your team members can view which integrations have been connected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the Connect button for the Outlook integration. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You may be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Then review Permissions requested and click Accept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. From here, you should visit your Profile page<\/a> to ensure that your calendar is synced and visit a colleagues pages to ensure you can book a meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
