Reading this prior to connecting the two platforms can help you walk through the process smoothly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensure that your Gusto account has all admin privileges and that it is not an &#8220;Accountant&#8221; user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If it doesn&#8217;t have full access, it should have at the minimum Payroll, Finance &amp; accounting, HR &amp; Onboarding, and Benefits all checked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Locate your ChartHop subdomain<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Find your Gusto credentials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Type them into the Profiles Link to authenticate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You should now be able to set up the Gusto Data Connector with your Customer Success Manager.
