The <a href=\"http:\/\/goprofiles.io\">GoProfiles<\/a> Org Chart is designed to make this intuitive and accessible for all employees, regardless of their technical expertise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Profiles with a future hire date will not be visible in the org chart until that hire date has occurred. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Accessing the Org Chart<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Org Chart in the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here, you&#8217;ll be brought to the default view, which highlights your own profile and let&#8217;s you begin exploring your company&#8217;s reporting structure. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Org Chart<\/strong><\/strong> Features<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After accessing the Org Chart, you will find various features designed to provide a comprehensive view of the organizational structure:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Search Bar<\/strong>: Enter a person\u2019s name or title into the search bar, select them from the dropdown, and jump directly to their place in the org chart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Locate Me (Bullseye Icon)<\/strong>: Click the bullseye icon to instantly return to your own profile card within the org chart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Go to Top<\/strong>: Use the top button icon to quickly navigate back to the very top of the org chart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Switch Views<\/strong>: Toggle between a horizontal view (left-to-right) or a vertical view (top-down) to see the org structure in different layouts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Print<\/strong>: Click the printer icon to download an SVG version of the org chart exactly as it appears on your screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Zoom In \/ Out<\/strong>: Use the zoom controls in the bottom left to get a closer or broader view of people in the org chart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Person Card Preview<\/strong>: Clicking on a person\u2019s name in the org chart opens a card on the right side with their profile information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Direct Reports Expansion<\/strong>: If someone has direct reports, their card shows a button displaying the number of reports, which you can click to expand and view their team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You should now be able to use your company\u2019s org chart.
