Rewards allow employees to add monetary value to the bravos they&#8217;re giving to coworkers and managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access Rewards Management<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu and click Rewards management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.goprofiles.io\/blog\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/04\/08184713\/Screenshot-2025-04-08-at-2.45.53%E2%80%AFPM-1024x474.png\" alt=\"rewards management to configure company settings\" class=\"wp-image-740\" style=\"width:620px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From here, you can click the Redemption, Activity, Settings, or Funding tab.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In the Redemption and Activity tabs, you can see your workspaces current balance and most recent activity such as points awarded and points redeemed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the Settings and Funding tabs, you can decide how many points are allocated for managers and ICs (Individuals Contributors) and periodically reload points balance for your customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You should now be able to use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.goprofiles.io\/#\/rewards-management\/redemption\">Rewards Management.<\/a> If you need further assistance, please consult the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.goprofiles.io\/help\/\">GoProfiles Help Center<\/a>\u00a0or Chat with Us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Celebrate and incentivize your team with monetary rewards and peer recognition.
