If not, Step 1 will walk you through this process. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: Create a profile with access to reports<\/strong>. <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In your ADP Workforce Now account, go to Setup and find Access Permissions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then go to Manage Profiles and click Create Profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the fields for Name, Description, and Role.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: Give your service account access to securely sync your data<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Menus &amp; Features, go to Reports &amp; Analytics to make sure the following boxes are checked:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Required Fields in Standard Reports:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All Reports &#8211; only grants access to report types that are otherwise checked<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal &amp; Employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, go to People and make sure these boxes are checked off:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Required:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employee Profile Report<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employment Profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal Profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommended:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All People permissions: Click SELECT ALL in the top left.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Sensitive Personal Information, go to On Screen &amp; Reports and On Reports, and from the drop down menu select &#8220;No Masking&#8221;. This will allow the service account to securely sync your complete data set:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On the last screen, Status &amp; Save, activate the profile, and then save it below.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3: Create a new user and assign it to your \u201cIntegrations service account\u201d profile.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: A Username may be auto-Generated for this person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the Setup menu, select Security Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Security Management, click People, then Manage Users and <strong>+<\/strong> to add a user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the fields on the Add a New User page, using the fields displayed to you in the linking flow.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Continue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In &#8220;User Information&#8221;, set the User Type to the \u201cuser is an independent contractor&#8230;\u201d option, and set the User Role to \u201cProduct User\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In &#8220;Services&#8221;:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If there is an option to give the user access to Workforce Now, select that.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is an option to make the user a Practitioner, select that.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> too (you will attach their permissions via Profile later).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proceed to Confirmation, and confirm the new user.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 4: Connect the Service Account User to the Service Account Profile<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go back to your Workforce Now portal, and go to the Access Permissions page. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for Service Account to pull up the new user (that should be its last name).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the user to pull up User Access Permissions, and select Manage Profile Memberships. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the Service Account Profile that you created to the user. Click Save.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now that the Service User has the right Profile associated, verify that the Menus &amp; Features and Sensitive Personal Information for this user match what you set up in the Profile earlier (Step 2).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lastly, in People Access, under Service Account Currently Has, ensure  &#8220;View Only Access to all Pe<strong>ople<\/strong>&#8221; is left unchecked. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click &#8220;View List of Selected People&#8221;, and ensure that the list is not empty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return to your Linking Flow and authenticate by clicking Submit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You should see a success message indicating your integration is all set. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You should now be able to set up the ADP Workforce Now Data Connector with your Customer Success Manager.
