Keep your availability up to date and make scheduling effortless by connecting your calendar to GoProfiles. When your calendar is synced, teammates can quickly see when you’re free and coordinate meetings without back-and-forth. This setup helps streamline collaboration and ensures your profile always reflects your real-time schedule.
Connecting Google Calendar
Note: To connect Google Calendar, you must be a Super Admin in your Google Workspace or have access to manage domain wide delegation to give permission for the GoProfiles App to access resources and a GoProfiles admin.
- Log in to your Google Workspace.
- Open Security, open Access and data control, and navigate to the API controls page.
- Click “Manage Domain Wide Delegation”.
- Next to API clients, click “Add New”.
- Use the following information for the Client ID and OAuth scopes. Leave Overwrite existing client ID unchecked.
- Client ID: 105352162635567120460
- OAuth scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar
- Click Authorize.
- Now, GoProfiles should appear in the list of API Clients.
- Visit employee profiles to verify that availability and meeting info is visible on employee profile pages.
