Keep your availability up to date and make scheduling effortless by connecting your calendar to GoProfiles. When your calendar is synced, teammates can quickly see when you’re free and coordinate meetings without back-and-forth. This setup helps streamline collaboration and ensures your profile always reflects your real-time schedule.
Connecting Outlook
Note: To connect Outlook Calendar, you must be a Microsoft admin to give permission for the GoProfiles App to access resources and a GoProfiles admin.
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Integrations in the left-hand menu.
- Here, you and all your team members can view which integrations have been connected.
- Click on the Connect button for the Outlook integration.
- You may be prompted to sign in to your Microsoft account.
- Then review Permissions requested and click Accept.
- From here, you should visit your Profile page to ensure that your calendar is synced and visit a colleagues pages to ensure you can book a meeting.
