Within the GoProfiles workspace you are able to give various types of peer recognition. Achievements are recommended for recognizing someone for an accomplishment such as completing a course, obtaining a certification, or celebrating a big milestone.
View achievements
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Achievements in the left-hand menu.
- Here, you’ll see a Activity and List of Achievements.
- On Activity, you can press See all activity, which opens up the Activity page.
- From there, you can look in All activity or My activity and can filter by name, activity type, and timespan.
- On List of Achievements, you can search for and sort through existing achievements. You can also click on an achievement to see which team members have received that achievement.
Create and Manage achievements
Note: Your workspace admin controls who can create and manage achievements, whether that is admins, admins and managers, or everyone. Your admin can refer to Workspace Settings for more details.
Create achievements
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Achievements in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll to List of Achievements and click Create an achievement.
- From there, add the name, badge text, description, shape, color, and an icon.
- Then click Create and now you and others in your workspace are able to assign that achievement to various users.
Manage achievements
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Achievements in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll to List of Achievements and hover over an achievement and click on the ellipses icon.
- From there, you can click Edit to change details about the achievement or Delete the achievement, which deletes it for everyone in your workspace including those who have received it.
Give achievements

GoProfiles Dashboard
- From your GoProfiles dashboard, use the search bar or directory to find the Profile of the intended recipient.
- Scroll down to Achievements and click Assign achievement.
- Find the Achievement they are getting and click Submit.
Achievements Page
- Scroll down to List of achievements and click on an achievement.
- Click Add recipients.
- Here, you can filter people by name or email address.
- Choose the people you want to assign it to, and click Add members.
