This article is meant to provide you insight on what you should expect to see when attempting to connect Gusto to GoProfiles with your Customer Success Manager. Reading this prior to connecting the two platforms can help you walk through the process smoothly.
Prerequisites
Ensure that your Gusto account has all admin privileges and that it is not an “Accountant” user.
If it doesn’t have full access, it should have at the minimum Payroll, Finance & accounting, HR & Onboarding, and Benefits all checked.
Instructions
Step 1: Locate your ChartHop subdomain
- Find your Gusto credentials.
- Type them into the Profiles Link to authenticate.
