GoProfiles Distribution List Setup Guide 

Prerequisites

This guide is to help you setup distribution lists within GoProfiles.

How to connect Google Groups

Note: Ensure that you are a Super Admin in your Google Workspace or have access to manage domain wide delegation.

1. Log in to your Google Workspace.
2. Go to Security, Access and data controls, and open the API controls page.
3. Click “Manage Domain Wide Delegation”.
4. Click “Add New”.
5. Use the following information for the Client ID and OAuth scopes. Leave the Overwrite existing client ID checkbox as unselected.
   • Client ID: 106795445051701524534
   • OAuth scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.group
6. Click the Authorize button.
7. Now, GoProfiles should appear in the list of API Clients.
8. Lastly, inform your Customer Success Team, so they can finalize the configuration.
   • Generating lists may take up to 24 hours.
