GoProfiles supports multiple single sign-on options (SSO), which will be detailed below. SSO allows for your employees to authenticate into GoProfiles using your designated identity provider. **Please note, this is an admin only functionality** You can access the Single sign-on settings by navigating to the Settings drop down in the bottom left side of the page, and selecting “Workspace settings”. From there, you can select the “Single sign-on” tab to see these settings.
We support the following identity providers listed:
- G Suite authentication
- Okta
- Azure
- Ping Identity
- OneLogin
- Rippling
- JumpCloud
- Google SAML
- and Custom SAML
In order to connect your designated identity provider, please reach out to your designated Enterprise customer success manager to complete. Please note that connecting any SSO option (besides G Suite) is only available on our Enterprise plan.
