Invite Team Members

If your admin has enabled user invitations, then you can invite anyone with the same domain to your GoProfiles workspace. Otherwise, your admin can manage invitations through your SSO Solution. To learn more, have your admin visit our Managing Invitation Settings page.

Ways to Invite

Note: If you experience issues with Google Directory, ensure your admin has enabled third-party apps access to Directory data.

GoProfiles Dashboard
  1. From your GoProfiles dashboard, click the Invite card in the top right, which opens the Add new team members modal.
  2. You can import users for Google Directory, Slack, or Microsoft or invite them via email or a shareable invite link.
  3. You can also upload a CSV or integrate via your HRIS.
User Management
  1. From your GoProfiles dashboard, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu and click User Management.
  2. Under the Employees tab, you can view, filter, or search by name, email, department, status, access and visibility.
  3. Click the Add members button.
  4. You can import users for Google Directory, Slack, or Microsoft or invite them via email or a shareable invite link.
  5. You can also upload a CSV or integrate via your HRIS.
